Japan Services Officer

Full Title: Japan Account Customer Services Officer.

Based in Florida the ideal applicant will have Japanese and English language skills both to advanced standard. The position although based in Florida will require travel to Asia 6 to 8 times per year, totaling approximately 3 months per annum.

Responsibilities include servicing the accounts of, and working with, new and existing high profile customers, development of new business in Japan and Japanese customers worldwide. The position will demand a flexible daily working schedule to fit in with global time zones, with some work being conducted from home.

Reporting directly to and working alongside the COO, candidates are required to have at least 5 years working in the insurance industry, very good administration and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, problem solving and very good business sense; along with a high standard of character and integrity.
